Support the Program's test strategy for functional, non-functional, and automated testing across a diverse set of technologies and platforms supporting our business initiatives. Work with cross functional team members to design and implement functional and non-functional tests and quality practices driving application quality. Qualifications

Aufgaben

• Kontinuierliches Testen unserer Website und mobilen Apps (manuell und automatisiert)


• Entwicklung, Pflege und Erweiterung von Testfällen, Testplänen und Teststrategien


• Identifikation, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Bugs, Fehlern und Edge Cases


• Sicherstellung einer hohen Usability und User Experience durch strukturierte Testszenarien


• Durchführung von Regressionstests bei neuen Releases und Feature-Updates


• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Entwicklern, um Anforderungen in testbare Szenarien zu übersetzen


• Unterstützung bei der Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien und Qualitätssicherungsprozessen


• Analyse von Produktionsproblemen und Nutzerfeedback, um Schwachstellen frühzeitig zu erkennen


• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von automatisierten Tests (z. B. End-to-End, API-Tests)


• Testen von Schnittstellen (APIs) sowie Integrationstests zwischen verschiedenen Systemen


• Sicherstellung der Cross-Browser- und Cross-Device-Kompatibilität


• Durchführung von Performance- und Load-Tests in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tech-Team


• Dokumentation von Testergebnissen und Erstellung von QA-Reports


• Proaktive Identifikation von Risikobereichen im Produkt und Vorschläge zur Qualitätsverbesserung


• Unterstützung beim Aufbau von QA-Prozessen, Standards und Best Practices im Unternehmen

Qualifikation

• Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Quality Assurance / Software Testing


• Starkes Auge für Details und die Fähigkeit, Fehler und Edge Cases systematisch zu identifizieren


• Erfahrung im Testen von Websites und mobilen Anwendungen


• Grundverständnis für Softwareentwicklung und technische Zusammenhänge


• Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban)


• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise


• Fähigkeit, Bugs klar und nachvollziehbar zu dokumentieren (z. B. in Jira, Linear o. ä.)


• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern und Product Ownern

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Responsibilities :
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve application issues.
• Create and maintain test data and test environments.
• Participate in test plan and test case creation.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality of the software product.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and related tools.
• Experience in writing and executing automated test scripts.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
