Key ResponsibilitiesLead automated testing efforts and contribute to quality strategy discussions Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test suites with minimal supervision Design and maintain backend/API automation using Java and Rest AssuredBuild and optimize automation frameworks for regression and critical user scenarios Solve complex automation challenges to improve test efficiency and coverage Execute automated tests, analyze results, and collaborate on defect diagnosis Establish and review script quality standards and best practices Create and execute comprehensive test plansParticipate in design and feature discussions, providing test strategy input Perform non-functional testing including performance, stability, and reliability Conduct demos, walkthroughs, peer reviews, and technical deep dives Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation innovations Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics from test executions Collaborate closely with development, QE, and cross-functional teams Required Skills & ExperienceStrong expertise in Core JavaHands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation Proficiency in Rest Assured for backend/API automation Experience with Postman for API testing Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation Experience with JMeter and performance testing Hands-on experience across: Functional Testing Regression Testing End-to-End Testing Performance Testing Ability to work independently with moderate superv
