Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer with deep expertise in Angular to help shape and scale our next‑generation platform products. This role will focus heavily on building and optimizing real-time chat experiences and supporting a broad range of chat use cases across the enterprise.

The Senior Software Development Engineer will architect and develop reusable UI frameworks, enhance platform-wide capabilities, and collaborate closely with Product, Backend, Architecture, and UX teams to deliver seamless, performant, and reliable chat solutions used across multiple business lines.

Work Breakdown Structure for This Role

Hands-On Engineering – 75%
• Develop and enhance real-time UI components for platform products and reusable Angular frameworks.
• Contribute to DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment support.
• Support cloud integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for UI and platform product services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – 25%
• Partner with Product to refine requirements, provide estimates, and align on roadmap priorities.
• Work with Architecture to ensure front-end solutions align with enterprise platform standards.
• Collaborate with Design to implement accessible, user-centered, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Engage with engineering peers through code reviews, mentoring, and cross-team coordination.

CleanCounts (formerly M-RETS) is seeking a QA Automation Engineer (Level III or IV) to join our growing technology team. This role is focused on building and operating reliable automated testing for a mission-driven platform used by Fortune 25 companies, utilities, and regulators. The ideal candidate is strong in test automation and comfortable doing hands-on exploratory/manual testing when it’s the fastest path to clarity.

Our platform is the leading renewable certificate tracking system and is used by Fortune 25 companies, utilities, and regulators. We have over a decade of rich industry data that increases each year. We want to continue to deliver a strong platform and keep ahead of changes in the energy industry via innovative and useful features to support our organizational goal of growing our sophistication as a data organization.

Our teams are a mix of local and remote team members from mostly North and South America. For our Minneapolis team, we have regular 9–5 working hours and keep a hybrid workplace where team members come in a couple of times a week and collaborate.
