WachAI Job Opportunity WachAI is building the universal verification layer for AI agents. When agents execute autonomous actions, WachAI verifies their inputs, actions, and outputs before execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
Treat the codebase as your own product contribute, improve, and ship production-ready features. Build SDKs, demos, tooling, and reference implementations that improve developer experience. Collaborate directly with engineering teams of launch partners and integrations, providing hands-on architecture guidance and debugging support. Act as the technical bridge between external developers and the core engineering team. Work closely with the founding team to help define technical strategy, prioritize features, and navigate the path from testnet to mainnet and beyond. Develop structured strategies to partner with international hackathons, Web3 events, and demo days driving meaningful developer adoption. Stay on top of crypto, Web3, and crypto+AI trends, contributing timely insights and informed Design technical challenges, onboarding flows, and integration pathways for ecosystem participants. Plan and host technical AMAs and webinars end-to-end (planning, execution, post-production, distribution). What We Are Looking For:
Strong hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, Solidity, and Next.js. Experience deploying and testing smart contracts in production environments. Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure, wallets, RPCs, indexing, and security considerations. Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. This role is strictly for Web3-native builders. A strong builder's mindset active GitHub or portfolio showcasing shipped projects. Ability to take a high-level idea and ship a robust MVP in weeks, not months. Strong technical communication skills and comfort engaging with developer audiences globally in the web3 domain. High ownership, accountability, and comfort operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments. Why Join Us:
