Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer in Test to join our software quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and analyze load testing strategies to ensure our applications perform reliably under expected and peak user loads. This role is critical in identifying performance bottlenecks, validating scalability, and ensuring systems meet operational requirements before production release.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Tests: Design, build, and maintain robust automated tests for backend services, APIs, and AI enabled systemsDesign & Execute Load Tests: Develop and implement load test plans, scenarios, and scripts to simulate real-world user traffic.Performance Monitoring: Use tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, or similar to monitor system performance, response times, and resource utilization.Identify & Report Issues: Detect performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system failures; document findings and provide actionable recommendations.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with development, DevOps, and operations to troubleshoot and resolve performance problems.Maintain Test Environments: Set up, configure, and maintain test environme
